Gaia Epicus es una banda de Power Metal de Noruega.
Gaia Epicus fue formada en 1992 bajo el nombre de Rått kjøtt, la banda cambió de nombre 5 veces, en 1993 con Execution, en 1998 con Millenium, en 1999 con Theater Of Pain, en 2000 con Eternal Flame y finalmente en 2001 con Gaia Epicus. Actualmente el multinstrumentista Thomas Christian Hansen es el único componente de la formación original.
Gaia Epicus cuenta con 6 álbumes de estudio: ‘Satrap’ (2003), ‘Symphony of Glory’ (2005), ‘Victory’ (2007), ‘Damnation’ (2008), ‘Dark Secrets’ (2012) y ‘Alpha & Omega’ (2018).
La formación para el single «Gods of Metal» fue: Thomas Chr. Hansen (guitarra y bajo), Tim Ripper Owens (voz), Mike Terrana (batería) y Lukky Sparxx (guitarra).
«Gods of Metal» forma parte del 7.º álbum de estudio ‘Seventh Rising’ aun sin fecha de lanzamiento.
